Florence, Italy
  • Earn up to 16 credits per semester as a student intern abroad in Florence; no previous Italian language study is required.
  • Live in an Italian home or student apartment.
  • Program includes Intensive Language and Internship Preparation course (2 credits/2 weeks) with breakfast, dinner and hotel accommodations provided.
  • Enjoy cultural and social activities such as visits to museums, art galleries, churches and theaters, plus course-related field trips, wine tasting and cooking classes, gelato tasting, walking tours and more; volunteer opportunities are also available.
  • Excursions include a multi-day field trip to Rome, a 2-day visit to Venice and a day trip to Siena.
  • A 2-night tour of London, England, is included for students on the AIFS Flight Package.
  • Tuition and transcripts provided by Richmond University in Florence.
